- Ad Spend Refunds: Payments made for ad spend to Meta and Google are non-refundable. These payments are made directly to third-party platforms and are subject to their respective refund policies.

- Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the decision.
