    • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within 14 days of the payment date and if the service provided is found to be unsatisfactory or not as described.
    • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to, completed projects, domain registration, and third-party software or services purchased on your behalf.
  • Ad Spend Refunds: Payments made for ad spend to Meta and Google are non-refundable. These payments are made directly to third-party platforms and are subject to their respective refund policies.

  • Review of Request: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 10 business days.
  • Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the decision.
